During his judicial career, he heard and adjudicated a significant number of complex criminal cases and contributed to the issuance of numerous judicial decisions that helped shape important legal principles in judicial practice. In 2026, he chose to return to the practice of law, drawing on his extensive judicial experience to provide legal defense and specialized legal advice in criminal matters and State Security Court cases.

His previous judicial experience has given him a detailed understanding of proceedings before the State Security Court, strengthening his ability to provide effective representation in these matters.

Over more than two decades, Attorney Amer Halaseh held a succession of judicial positions, making legal, intellectual, and scholarly contributions throughout his service. As a Presiding Judge of a State Security Court panel, he participated in deciding some of the most complex cases. He received a number of letters of appreciation and commendation during his career, most recently being selected in 2024 to receive the Administrative and Technical Proficiency Badge from the Chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff at the General Command of the Jordan Armed Forces.
