Law No. 14 of 2025 Regulating Dealings in Virtual Assets was issued in the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan on June 16, 2025, and entered into force on September 13, 2025. The law defines virtual assets as a digital representation of value that can be digitally traded or transferred and used for payment or investment purposes, as well as any digital representation of any other value specified by the law and the regulations and instructions issued pursuant to it.
In this field, we have the expertise and capability to understand the legal activities associated with providing virtual asset services in the Kingdom and related transactions conducted for the benefit of, or on behalf of, third parties. Our practice includes submitting applications to the Jordan Securities Commission for the licensing of virtual asset service providers.
